In Conversation: East Meets West

In Conversation is an ongoing series of small, focused exhibitions that place artworks from the museum’s collection with works from private art collections on temporary loan to the museum. 

In this Conversation titled East Meets West, Abstract Expressionist painter Willem De Kooning and Pop Art giant Roy Lichtenstein are paired with works by Montana artists Freeman Butts and Gordon McConnell.
