Murdock Gallery & Meeting Room: Discounted rate is $320 for Members, $304 for Key Members. Holds 80 for a seated dinner or 100 seated theater style.

Museum 1 st Floor: Discounted rate is $705 Members, $668 Key Members. Maximum number of guests is 250.

Entire Museum: Discounted rate is $1,069 for Members, $1,033 Key Members. Maximum number of guests is 400.

At this time the Yellowstone Art Museum cannot accommodate weddings, but may be available for rehearsal dinners and bridal showers.

Murdock Meeting Room:
(First Floor, maximum occupancy for seated dinner is 80, maximum occupancy for chairs only is 100, available only during regular museum hours.) Fee covers a rental of up to three hours. Meeting room rental includes admission to the galleries. By prior arrangement, guests may rent the facility for additional time (maximum of six hours). An extra $100 per hour will be charged, discounted accordingly for members.

Museum First Floor:
(Maximum number of guests is 250. All public areas excluding the café and Museum Store; available only after regular museum hours; the Museum Store will be kept open if renter guaranteesa minimum store purchase of $2 per guest.)
Fee covers a rental of up to three hours. For every hour past the initial three (up to a maximum of six hours), an extra $100 per hour will be charged, discounted accordingly for members. All evening events must end by 11:00 p.m.

Museum public areas:
(Maximum number of guests is 400. Both floors, excluding the café and Museum Store; available only after regular museum hours; the Museum Store will be kept open if renter guaranteesa minimum store purchase of $2 per guest.)
